Community Development Authority

Same membership as the Business and Industrial Development Committee. Meets at the same time. Leads efforts to eliminate blight, promote urban renewal, and oversee housing and redevelopment projects in Two Rivers. Operates under state and federal laws to support community development and acts as the city's agent for redevelopment projects, ensuring alignment with the comprehensive plan.
