Two Rivers’ City Council will hold a listening session focused entirely on public comment, with no votes or decisions allowed. If you want something to land on a future Council agenda, this is one of the few settings designed for that.

This meeting is set up for residents to speak directly to the councilmembers present, but they cannot decide anything that night—issues raised can only be put on a later full Council agenda.

Only three councilmembers are listed as attending (Bill LeClair, Darla LeClair, Bonnie Shimulunas), so residents should not expect the full Council to hear comments firsthand.

The session is capped to end by 8:00 PM, which limits how many people can realistically speak if turnout is high.

No public comments or communications recorded for this meeting.

PUBLIC COMMENT --Council members present may discuss topics raised by members of the public but shall not make any decisions or take any actions regarding the same; such topics may be placed the agenda at a subsequent meeting of the full City Council.
This listening session is structured so residents can raise concerns and get immediate discussion, but not immediate action—no votes, no approvals, no commitments. That makes it useful for surfacing issues, but it also means follow-through depends on whether someone later puts the topic onto a full City Council agenda. If you want traction, come with a clear ask (what you want changed, where, and what decision you want the full Council to make).
