Allow limited alcohol sales in city parks to support events and maintenance

Watch for the first special events where city-run alcohol sales are used and any written rules on where sales are allowed, hours, and staffing/enforcement.

Two Rivers now has a city code change on the books allowing city staff to sell beer and wine coolers in parks/beach areas during limited special events, approved 6-2. This sits on top of the earlier 6-3 decision to add beer sales and paid beach parking at the Neshotah Beach concession stand.
