The Environmental Advisory Board is trying to tighten up what it’s supposed to do—and who it’s allowed to talk to at City Hall. At its June 16 meeting, members said their mission needs an update and asked whether recommendations can go straight to City Council or must run through the Public Works Committee. They also named fluoride in drinking water and Roundup use on sidewalks as issues they may take up once that’s settled.
