On Nov. 12, the Advisory Recreation Board heard staff say fundraising proceeds (Perpetual Care Flowers and the Community Band) may head to City Council to set up an investment fund with the Lakeshore Community Foundation. That’s the one concrete “next step” mentioned, but it’s not clearly tied to the Mariners Trail coastal resilience project in the meeting notes.
