The Environmental Advisory Board heard an update on shoreline grant work tied to NWFW and the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Cities Initiative. Stantec is moving some projects to 30% concept plans, with “Option 4” near the wastewater plant named as the concept to aim for. The next real pressure point is money: more funding would be needed to get from concepts to construction-ready plans.
