Whether the concept maps clearly show tradeoffs (traffic, access, buffers, and uses) and how resident input will be used to narrow choices (City Council Work Session, Jun 29).

The city is now showing early concept maps for the former Hamilton property, built from earlier resident feedback and market trends. Council is set to review those concepts and hear how the city plans to keep residents involved this summer—while also tying the work to downtown and the waterfront.
