The Community Development Authority (CDA) has shown up at Council in two very different ways: a split 6-3 vote to shift 2025 budget money into tree removals, and a routine board appointment filling a resignation vacancy. If you care about neighborhood change, the tree-removal funding is the one that directly hits streets and yards.
