The former Hamilton site is already rezoned from industrial to business, and the city’s visioning meetings are now getting into design concepts and what residents and businesses say they need. The next Phase 4 agenda also includes a proposal to widen the visioning beyond Hamilton to downtown and the waterfront—bigger picture, but also a bigger, harder-to-track project for residents.
