The clearest next step was Neshotah Beach improvements heading to City Council for a Feb. 26 borrowing vote, with a go/no-go call expected after bids and early-April survey feedback review. At the same time, staff reported signed grant paperwork for Paddlers Park improvements and ongoing planning work at Riverside Park, including youth input on the skatepark.
