short term rentals

Short-term rental rules, licenses, taxes, and related city fees.

Watch for the ordinance details on what counts as “short-term” RV/camper stays and how the separate reporting will be handled.

Typically discussed at City Council. Check back when the next agenda is published.

Two Rivers now applies its 8% room tax to short-term RV and camper stays, and operators have to report that revenue separately. This follows earlier council action that updated the city fee schedule, including short-term rental licensing changes.
