Improve beach concessions for accessibility, function, and enjoyment.
Whether council reviews the survey results and final quotes before committing to construction spending for the Neshotah Beach concessions project.

Council has now put a $255,000 borrowing line on the books for Neshotah Beach concessions-area work as part of a larger 2026 borrowing plan, passing 8-1. Earlier, council talked through a public survey and a fast schedule (survey in Jan–Feb, bid in March) tied to ADA access and basic functionality. The big question residents will feel is whether the city treats that borrowing line as a placeholder or as a green light to build.
