Beach pavilion, concessions, and related park improvements.

Whether council authorizes pursuing the USDA Rural Economic Development Loan and Grant program and what repayment obligations come with it.

The pavilion renovation plan hit a wall when the state turned down a $255,000 grant the city expected to cover about half the cost. Now council is looking at other money options, including a possible $400,000 USDA loan-and-grant program for the concession stand, while also moving ahead on separate Neshotah Park signage.
